It was such a pleasure to be invited once again by Hermès Benelux to create an artistic festive installation for the Glassbuilding in Amsterdam.
The theme of the year was to celebrate the historic Faubourg building, we took inspiration of the famous atelier in Faubourg and imagine our own version of
a workshop in the sky.
Using the atelier as a starting point to explore the idea of creativity as a process, from coming up with a concept in the head to craftinh it into something you can touch, as well as a state of mind, and a motion to go through with it’s own specific rhythm. We handcrafted all elements in paper, wood and wool.
